Message from School Nurses:

 We desire to partner with parents/guardians to promote health and wellness in the educational setting.  Please contact us with medication changes or if your child develops a new physical or emotional condition.

Students requiring medication during the school day, must have medication orders completed by their health care provider on file that are renewed annually. This is for over the counter and prescription medication. The medication must be in the original bottle and an authorization for release of medication form must be completed.
