Infinite Campus:
Our district uses Infinite Campus as our student information system. Infinite Campus includes a confidential and secure website portal where parents can get current information about their child's school attendance, behavior, grades, transportation and so much more.
Registration for new and existing families is done online using the Infinite Campus Registration Tool. Registration must be completed on a computer - tablets and cell phones are not supported. If you do not have access to a computer or internet, you can complete the online registration application by coming into the main office at Rochelle Middle School during normal business hours.
Registration is due by August 1st, 2026. Registrations that are completed after August 1st will not be guaranteed to start school on August 13th 2026. Also, bus transportation will not be provided until August 17th for any registrations completed after August 1st.
2 acceptable Proofs of Residency for each student and a Birth Certificate for each NEW student must be uploaded in order for registration to be complete.
Payment does not need to accompany the registration. Also, only paying the registration fee does not mean the student is registered.
Registration fees will be available to pay in Infinite Campus after July 6th, 2026.
Health Office Requirements
PreK: School Physical & Immunization Form
Kindergarten: School Physical, Eye Exam & Dental Exam
6th Grade: School Physical, Immunization Form, & Dental Exam
2nd Grade: Dental Exam
All health office paperwork may be dropped off at RMS for any of the D231 schools during summer office hours. They may also be placed in the mailbox in the foyer of RMS.
Students who take medication on a daily basis at school will need to turn in a Medication Form.
6th, 7th, & 8th graders that want to participate on any of the athletic teams must have a current Sports Physical and Concussion Form filled out prior to trying out for the team(s).
All of the required school physical and immunization forms must be turned in before August 1st to the Health Office in order for your student(s) to start school. Please start making your appointments now to ensure that your student(s) will be able to start school on time.
