The FAFSA Completion Workshop that was scheduled for this evening at RTHS has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date. We will communicate the new date and time as soon as it is available. For now, make sure you have your FSA ID's by creating an account for both yourself and your student.

The American Legion's 2024 AMERICANISM Essay Contest is underway! This year's topic is "WHY AM I PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN?" Cash prizes and scholarships ranging from $100 to $1200 are available. Essays are due to the Counseling Center by Monday, February 5th. Please visit your counselor or Mrs. Harvey in the Counseling Center for complete rules and details.

There was a bus fire this morning just west of town
Thankfully, the driver, bus aide, and one student all were able to evacuate the bus immediately and without any injuries

SENIORS!!! It's scholarship season! Start applying now as the deadline for many local scholarships is March 15th and you may need letters of recommendation for some. You can find a listing of many scholarships available on our website under the Counseling Center tab and Scholarship links. They are organized by type. Be sure to check them out and get them completed and submitted.
Last year over $152,000 in local scholarships were awarded to the Class of 2023.
